The capital of the Upper Galilee, the highest town in Israel is an ideal spot for recreation. Walking through the lovely stone alleys and the ancient Jewish quarter grants visitors a unique experience that combines enchanting beauty with serene spirituality.

The Ron Hotel
A vacation at the Ron Hotel is a unique and relaxing experience. The Ron Hotel is situated in a prime location at the foot of the ancient Citadel within easy walking distance of the Old City and its synagogues. This makes the Ron Hotel ideal for religious guests. With its own synagogue on the premises and a Shabbat observance policy, the Ron Hotel offers the dream getaway for religious families and couples. We also host religious groups and seminars.

The Rooms
The Ron Hotel offers fifty spacious and comfortable rooms with spectacular views of the Galilee and Safed or views of a quiet garden. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, TV, and Air Conditioning/Heating. The Ron Hotel offers double rooms with two separate beds and family rooms with extra beds.

The Dining Room
The Ron Hotel serves home-style cuisine known for its rich taste.
All Meals are Glatt Kosher LeMehadrin (Rav Bistritsky, Rav Landau, Rav Rubin, Eidah Hachareidis).
On Shabbat throughout the year you can enjoy a real Shabbat atmosphere with great service. Shabbat dinner and lunch are served after prayers and a third meal buffet is available in the late afternoon.
Complimentary hot tea and coffee are always available.


 

Seminar Rooms
There are three seminar rooms available for groups. Two large rooms that can hold between 100 to 180 people and the other, a smaller more intimate room, which holds 30 to 40 people. These rooms can be used for private dinners for groups or family functions.

The Pool
The pool is unfortunately closed for repairs at present and is not expected to open this season. When operational, the pool is open for separate swimming hours for men and women.

Getting There
Coming into Safed, pass the central bus station and go right up Jerusalem Street towards the circle, and turn left onto Palmach Street. Continue along Palmach until you reach Hativat Yiftah Street where you turn right, passing the Citadel park on your right. Continue on and you will see the Ron Hotel in front of you.
